Find every area of the dashboard, understand status cards, and use search, favorites, and notes.

Dashboard
The dashboard summarizes the active organization. It shows project and service counts, online nodes, healthy clusters, and the CPU and memory capacity of online servers. Online capacity is the servers' capacity, not the amount currently free for a new deployment.
Needs attention links to offline nodes, firing alerts, unavailable services, and failed operations from the last 24 hours. Open the affected resource or operation for the actual error. Recent operations lists the latest background work and links to each operation's steps.
An Organization note is visible to your organization; editing requires Manage workloads or Manage team. The dashboard's Personal note is visible only to you. These dashboard notes save when you leave the text field; check for Note updated after editing.

Screens and actions follow your permissions. Platform Administrator controls are for the product owner and are outside the customer guide.
Navigation, search, and favorites
Use the sidebar for Fleet, Workloads, shared resources, and organization settings. The account menu at the bottom contains your organization selector, Profile, Documentation when configured, theme toggle, and sign out.
Use Search resources in the header, or ⌘K / Ctrl+K, to find projects, applications, databases, scheduled jobs, clusters, and nodes in the active organization. Select a result to open its detail page.
Use the star on a resource to add or remove it from your favorites. Favorites are shortcuts; removing a favorite does not remove the resource. Switching organizations changes the resources and shortcuts available to you.
Personal notes
The header's Notes control opens your recent notes and the full Notes screen. These are private to your user within the active organization.
- Select New note.
- Enter a Title and Content.
- Select Create note. Open the title later to edit it and select Save changes.
- Use Archive when you no longer need it in the active list.
- Select Archived notes to find archived entries. Archiving does not delete the content.
The Notes screen displays creation and modification times and supports paging. Notes are not a secret store; use Secrets for application credentials.
Editing and applying changes
Resource pages use a fixed bottom action bar for saving. If you leave with unsaved changes, use the discard prompt deliberately. Saving usually creates a desired revision; Deploy applies it to the cluster. Compare the saved revision with the deployed revision before assuming a running service changed.
Operations reports whether an action completed. Logs report what a running container is doing. Metrics show resource usage over time. These answer different questions; use the operation error first if a deployment never reached the running stage.
Light and dark themes are available from the account menu. Date and time display preferences are configured in Profile; a job's schedule timezone is configured on the job itself.
